02. Account & Security

To place an order, you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Informing us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

03. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). While we strive to ensure all details, descriptions, and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

04. Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via third-party logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Graaaund is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or customs clearance processes.

05. Returns & Refunds

We offer returns for defective items or incorrect orders under the following conditions:

• Unboxing Video: A clear, unedited video of the package being opened is strictly required for any claim.
• Timeframe: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Condition: Items must be in original condition (unwashed, with tags, and original packaging).

* Sale items and hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable.

06. Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered the “Processing” or “Shipped” status, it cannot be canceled. Graaaund reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies in product/pricing information.
